Well.... it's been a long time. reason being, no one reads these damned things! no im kidding. mainly because i have a horrendous work ethic. nevermind me. that's not what this is about.
This diary I will be shining light on a true legend of the modern day underground. His name is... Max. If you wanna speak in Instagram terms it's none other than xa.aaam. I've been a fan of his stylish mastertricks since I was 15 years old. I would watch many of his instagram videos when I was a youngin trying to figure out how to make fingerboarding look aesthetically pleasing.
You can only imagine how pumped I was to learn that he's been regularly posting youtube videos for the past 3 months!!!! It's awesome. Specially since I cannot bare to watch finger boarding on instagram anymore. While many of the videos on his channel are a fun watch, I would like to shine light on my personal favorite thus far.
It is titled: Hold You Down. Derived from the fun rap song he used. The video runs for 1 minute and 44 seconds, and it packs quite the punch of tricks!! He makes nice use of a funnily laser cut planter gap style ramp. Some tricks include a rail attached to it. I appreciate Max's steez so much. I am a sucker for grind-> tail slide -> grind combinations. He's a master of shuvs and shuv incorporated flip tricks, making them look great as ever. A fingerboarder that you can tell has put a lot of time into figuring out his own way around the board. Not to mention a lot of these tricks are done with a wide ass "old scool" setup. Puts alot of yall to shame!! I kid. Something about a swedish man with a camo shirt bumpin Mr. Capo Los that is so cool. I can't recommend this video enough. Serious.
I am sensing a youtube revival of sorts... atleast I hope. anywho, check this video out below!!!! :D
