"Many of my friends know I am currently a civil engineering student managing classes, interning, and leading as a Co-Project Manager for SDSU’s Concrete Canoe team. I’m usually busy grinding, studying, and usually will be out on long hiatuses, but making times when I can fingerboard with friends is always a special moment. I thought it would be funny to do a school related graphic and love Sid's art so we reached out to him, and on the first drawing he killed it! Very grateful for his talent, to be able to turn the idea into something physical.
I’ve always enjoyed the OG dum one popsicle, but also have enjoyed tapered boards a lot. So when the idea of custom shapes came up, I had to try out a tapered shape on a dum one mold. We landed on something that I thought worked perfectly: not too long or short of a nose and tail length, a comfy taper on both the nose and tail, creating a shape that feels completely different from the OG shape, while still performing great.
